What You’ll Do
- Manage real sales operations tasks under direct supervision.
- Keep HubSpot organized by cleaning data, updating CRM fields, and ensuring strong pipeline hygiene.
- Pull targeted prospect lists and support outbound efforts across industries.
- Research new verticals, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Help create dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decision-making.
- Support workflow documentation and internal processes as we scale.
- Optional exposure to strategy calls, founder meetings, and customer conversations.
Note: All responsibilities are designed to be educational and training-focused.

Schedule
Hybrid, with at least 1 in-office day in Culver City or West Hollywood.
Compensation
This internship is unpaid or stipend-based (depending on school credit requirements). It is designed primarily for training, education, and real-world exposure to the operations of a high-growth AI company.
