What you will do

  • Research and identify companies running or preparing to launch internship and graduate programs.
  • Create targeted prospect lists based on sector, geography, company size, and hiring triggers.
  • Identify relevant decision-makers, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, People Operations, and founders.
  • Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and relevant professional communities.
  • Qualify employer needs and identify pain points in their current internship-management process.
  • Book and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Help employers create and activate their Internhuddle workspace.
  • Follow up with trial users and move them toward their first live internship programme and credit purchase.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, next steps, and conversion data in the CRM.
  • Gather structured customer feedback and share insights with the product and leadership teams.
  • Test new campaigns, messaging, industries, and commercial channels.

Who we are looking for

  • Current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional.
  • Previous sales experience helpful but not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence approaching professionals you haven't met before.
  • The ability to research companies and understand their likely business problems.
  • A commercially curious and results-oriented mindset.
  • Resilience and the ability to learn from rejection.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • Comfort using LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
  • An interest in SaaS, HR technology, talent acquisition, education, or early-career employment.
  • Experience in student societies, campus partnerships, recruitment, telesales, fundraising, events, or business competitions would be particularly relevant.

What success looks like

  • Build a clearly segmented employer prospect database.
  • Establish repeatable outbound messaging.
  • Generate qualified employer conversations.
  • Convert prospects into product demonstrations and activated workspaces.
  • Secure new paying customers.
  • Identify which customer segments, messages, and acquisition channels produce the strongest conversion.
  • Document a scalable sales playbook for future commercial hires.
