Business Development Representative - Renewable Energy
Key Responsibilities
- Possess 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in energy, industrial services, or technical solutions)
- Show strong communication skills to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Be highly organized with a disciplined, metrics-driven approach to pipeline development
- Display a self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn complex technical offerings
- Have experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Qualifications
- Central or Eastern time zones strongly preferred, but highly qualified candidates will be considered regardless of location within the contiguous United States
- Requires 25% or more regional travel to tradeshows and similar industry events
Compensation
The compensation for this position is a base salary plus variable compensation, with an expected OTE of $110,000-$1300,000. This is based on national averages and does not include the benefits listed below.
