As a Business Development Representative, you will drive the top-of-funnel strategy for a cutting-edge AI research lab. You'll build AI-native outbound workflows, qualify product-led signals, and represent the company at industry events. This role combines strategic prospecting with hands-on experimentation, allowing you to shape how developers and executives interact with innovative conversational AI technology.

What You Will Do

  • Execute AI-native outbound prospecting across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and personalized video to target technical leaders.
  • Identify and qualify high-intent signals from product-led growth data to build a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities.
  • Represent the company at hackathons, conferences, and meetups to spark conversations with developers and GTM executives.

Qualifications

  • Has 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within an AI, dev-tool, or API-first environment.
  • Is AI-native, regularly utilizing AI tools to automate workflows and possesses a deep curiosity for agentic sales systems.
  • Demonstrates the ability to hold high-level technical and business conversations with both staff engineers and executive leadership.
