Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential new clients across target industries
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking) to generate qualified leads
- Build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and HR leaders
- Clearly communicate Recruit22's recruiting and executive search services
- Set meetings and manage the early stages of the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership to align client needs with delivery capabilities
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and service agreements
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM tools
- Stay informed on hiring trends and client market needs
- Represent Recruit22 professionally in all client interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in: Business development, sales, or account management
- Staffing, recruiting, or professional services (preferred)
- Proven ability to generate new business or close deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and client outreach
- Able to understand client hiring challenges and position solutions
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling recruiting or executive search services
- Familiarity with technology, leadership, or professional roles
- Existing professional network or client relationships
- Experience working in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial environment
