Business Development Representative (BDR) – Manufacturing AI & Enterprise Software

About the role

We're expanding ConstraintFlow's US team! We're building an enterprise AI platform that brings operational intelligence to manufacturing—helping organizations optimize production scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and other critical operational decisions. We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us expand across the US market.

Responsibilities

• Expand ConstraintFlow's presence across the US market
• Develop relationships with manufacturing executives
• Help build the sales organization from the ground up
• Drive business development for an enterprise AI platform targeting manufacturing operations

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, ERP/MES, or enterprise software sales
• Driven, self-motivated approach to business development
