Responsibilities
As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day:
- Canvassing neighborhoods and building genuine rapport with homeowners
- Introducing homeowners to the restoration solutions Southern Roofing and Renovations provides
- Scheduling appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives
- Serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
- Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
- Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

Schedule
This is a full-time role with the following schedule:
- Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
- Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm
