Business Development Representative

Position Overview

Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Business Development Center Representative. The BDC representative is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our service department. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls promptly and courteously while assisting customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner.
• Monitor incoming leads continuously and ensure all inquiries receive prompt follow‑up.
• Collect and organize customer information for outreach regarding manufacturer recalls and service campaigns.
• Contact customers regarding open recalls, maintenance recommendations, and service opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
• Stay current on company updates, manufacturer programs, industry knowledge, and service standards.
• Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes.

• Bilingual ability preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
• Physical examination.
• Drug test.
• Motor vehicle record check (if applicable to the position).

Pay
