Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable speaking to groups, conducting presentations, and attending networking events
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and high level of integrity
- Existing relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate professionals, plumbers, contractors, or commercial accounts are a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience in restoration or construction, property management, insurance, commercial sales, real estate, or facility management is a plus
Skills
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, customers, and Centers of Influence (COIs)
- Generate revenue through consultative sales and business development activities
- Build, manage, and grow a Top 25 account list
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking events
- Promote continuing education opportunities for insurance and property management professionals
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients
- Follow up on active projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Increase brand awareness through community involvement and networking
- Develop a strong understanding of restoration services, estimating, and production processes
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Represent PuroClean professionally at all times
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
