On-siteBusiness DevelopmentFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities (core functions), Requirements, Qualifications? The posting includes "Requirements" and "Education And/or Experience", "Language Skills", "Math Skills", "Reasoning Ability", "Work Environment", "Physical Demands", "Benefits". Also "Other duties may be assigned." We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Benefits are listed: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Company-paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Option to buy Additional Life Insurance coverage for yourself and your dependents, Short Term Disability Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401k, Paid Time Off, Paid holidays, ESOP. So we can include Benefits section. Pay and Schedule not mentioned, so omit. We need headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "We are an equal-opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Other duties may be assigned."? That's generic but maybe keep? It's not specific; could be considered boilerplate. Might drop. We need to include About the role: description paragraph(s). The description includes: "A Business Development Representative (BDR) at Patterson Pope expands our reach by generating new business opportunities using the phone and online resources. Through a combination of market research, networking, and outreach, BDRs strategically identify and engage leads and accounts, qualify and nurture them, and transition potential projects for Account Executives. The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is the tip of the spear in producing and driving business for Patterson Pope." That's about the role. Responsibilities: Core Functions Of The Role list: Prospecting, Outbound marketing and sales strategies..., Lead qualification, Lead nurturing, Scheduling meetings, Social selling, Networking, Strategy Development and Execution, Customer Relationship Management, Whitespace Research. Also "Other duties may be assigned." maybe drop. We need to format as

    • each bullet. Requirements: list of requirements bullet points. The posting includes many bullet-like sentences: "Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.", "Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B business development strategy and execution or 2+ years of sales experience.", "A proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality, and a strong growth mindset.", "Specific experience with business development and demand generation strategies and tactics (including inbound marketing, conversion rate optimization, event-based and account-based marketing, social media, conversational marketing & selling, lead nurturing, and paid media) preferred.", "HubSpot and/or Salesforce (or similar marketing automation) experience.", "Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.", "B2B sales or marketing experience.", "Prospecting and closing net new business.", "Multi-approach outbound methodologies.", "Strong interpersonal skills.", "Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.", "High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.", "Deep understanding and desire to help businesses grow better.", "Prospecting sales expertise.", "Experience managing the top of the sales funnel to qualify prospects." Also "Education And/or Experience" section: "Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience." This overlaps with requirements; we could combine or treat as Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits etc. We have both Requirements and Education/Experience. Could treat Education/Experience as Qualifications. But we must not create thin sections. We could merge Education/Experience into Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have a Requirements section already, we could add Education/Experience as part of Requirements (maybe as a sub-bullet). But we need to preserve all info; we can include it as a bullet under Requirements. Language Skills, Math Skills, Reasoning Ability: these are specific skill sets; could be placed under Skills section. The instruction says use

for Skills. So we can create a Skills section with subheadings? Not allowed; only headings. We could list them as bullet points under Skills. Work Environment and Physical Demands: maybe combine into a Working Conditions section? Not in allowed headings list but we could use "Work Environment" as a heading? Not in the list but we could still use

for any section heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. Work Environment and Physical Demands could be omitted if not covered by those headings. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop them. However we could incorporate them into a "Work Environment" heading (though not in examples). The instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are typical but not exhaustive; we can still use other headings as needed. Safer to include Work Environment and Physical Demands as separate sections with

. But we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. Already not. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, drug-free workplace, Federal Contractor, etc. Also remove "We are an equal-opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Other duties may be assigned." maybe. Now craft HTML. Structure:
