Job Summary
OpenSpot is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote, US-based team focused on driving new customer acquisition through direct, outbound sales. This is a hunting role where you will find leads, run product demos, and secure deals.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a daily outbound cadence to generate new opportunities.
- Research and identify high-fit prospects.
- Possess strong communication skills and a bias for action.
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and report in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live processes.
Requirements
- Self-starter capable of creating pipeline from scratch.
- Comfortable with rejection and driven by success.
- Organized and consistently follows through on tasks.

- Attio (CRM)
- Clay RingCentral or another dialer
- Granola or equivalent AI notetaker
- Notion
- Slack
- Google Workspace
- Claude (or similar AI tools)
AI Expectations
You are expected to have strong practical knowledge of AI workflows and be able to:
- Use existing AI workflows to increase output and quality.
- Build your own workflows (prompting, automation, personal systems) to execute the role.
