Job Summary

OpenSpot is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote, US-based team focused on driving new customer acquisition through direct, outbound sales. This is a hunting role where you will find leads, run product demos, and secure deals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a daily outbound cadence to generate new opportunities.
  • Research and identify high-fit prospects.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a bias for action.
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and report in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live processes.

Requirements

  • Self-starter capable of creating pipeline from scratch.
  • Comfortable with rejection and driven by success.
  • Organized and consistently follows through on tasks.

  • Attio (CRM)
  • Clay RingCentral or another dialer
  • Granola or equivalent AI notetaker
  • Notion
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace
  • Claude (or similar AI tools)

AI Expectations

You are expected to have strong practical knowledge of AI workflows and be able to:

  • Use existing AI workflows to increase output and quality.
  • Build your own workflows (prompting, automation, personal systems) to execute the role.
