Expectations For Success

  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
  • Market Engagement: Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
  • Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.

  • Competitive Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions: $61,500- $68,100 Base Salary Estimated on target monthly commissions of $1875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
