Business Development Representative

Headway ABA is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for someone with previous business development, outreach, or relationship-building experience who is comfortable connecting with schools, community organizations, and other potential referral sources throughout the Charlotte area. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations Conduct outreach by phone, email, and in person Identify new partnership and referral opportunities Follow up consistently with prospective partners Represent Headway ABA professionally within the Charlotte community Qualifications: Previous business development, sales, outreach, or community relations experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Previous business development experience in the ABA field preferred Must be located in or around Charlotte, NC Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25–$35 per hour
