Responsibilities
- Meet monthly recruiting expectations through proactive outbound outreach
- Meet monthly activity goals, including high-volume phone outreach and performance metrics
- Attend all required training events
- Register Financial Services Professionals for training events
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous financial services industry experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services (preferred)
- Grit and a coachable attitude
- Profound organizational skills
