We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and our marketing & sales teams
  • Drive targeted, outbound prospecting activities into a set of assigned accounts
  • Identify, develop, and create new business opportunities for the Regional Sales Directors
  • Develop leads for marketing campaigns
  • Meet sales quotas, quarter over quarter, year over year
  • Generate qualified leads primarily through outbound phone and email efforts
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from prospect lists as well as individual research

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a business/sales development role, preferably in a technology company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate potential client challenges and solutions
  • Cross-functional team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Resides near the Dallas, TX area and able to commute to the office 3 times per week

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with an ambitious, can-do attitude
  • Ability to prospect, research, qualify and transition new leads to our Sales Team

Benefits

  • Base salary + commission compensation range targeted for this role is expected to be between $80,000 - $100,000 (subject to terms and conditions of the plan)

Pay

  • The base salary + commission compensation range targeted for this role is expected to be between $80,000 - $100,000 (subject to terms and conditions of the plan)

Schedule

  • Commutes to the office 3 times per week
