About the role

Drive enterprise pipeline growth by engaging strategic accounts across the Enterprise East region, shaping how large organizations modernize customer experience through cloud and AI. This role directly influences revenue expansion by creating new logo opportunities while unlocking additional value within existing customers.

Help build, support and operate technology used by more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries – moving AI from possibility to production in real-world enterprise environments every day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive multi-channel outbound strategies that generate qualified pipeline across new logo and existing enterprise accounts
  • Identify and develop high-value opportunities by analyzing account landscapes, industry trends, and customer signals
  • Engage senior decision-makers and influencers to position solutions that align with strategic business outcomes
  • Partner with Account Executives to build and execute account-based plans that expand footprint and accelerate deal velocity
  • Leverage customer intelligence and usage insights to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Convert inbound and marketing-qualified leads into high-quality sales opportunities with clear next steps
  • Articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions in the context of customer challenges and measurable outcomes
  • Utilize modern sales tools and data-driven insights to optimize outreach effectiveness and engagement quality
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting inputs, and activity reporting within Salesforce
  • Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation, meeting conversion, and activity KPIs aligned to revenue goals

Requirements

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role within SaaS, cloud, CX, or technology environments
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in complex or enterprise accounts
  • Experience engaging mid-level to senior stakeholders within large organizations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and account-based selling strategies
  • Exposure to customer experience platforms, contact center technologies, or AI-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to refine outreach and improve performance
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a high-growth or global sales environment

Pay

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$48,600.00 - $85,400.00
