Job Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Represent B2B sales for manufacturers such as Motorola, Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, LenelS2, among others.
  • Sell all products from the BearCom portfolio based on customer need.
  • Maintain all weekly, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend weekly sales meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to connect and communicate over the phone.
  • Punctual, organized, coachable, and collaborative.
  • Experience using Microsoft (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams) or Google (Sheets/Docs/Slides/Meet) platforms.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work as a team player who builds rapport with the Inside Sales team, the Enterprise Sales team, and the local sales branches.
  • Experience using Gemini, Copilot, Claude, or other professional AI platforms.
