Responsibilities
- Open and close new business opportunities
- Work with prospective clients and partners executives
- Articulate SaaS product value to customers and explain that value based on a customer’s operations
- Create and foster events such as webinars and educational opportunities
- Attend trade shows and speaking engagements
- Solicit and relay new products and improvements to executive team
- Deliver on commitments in a timely manner and with passion
- Detail-oriented
- Proactively seek out and solve customer’s problems before they arise
Requirements
- Previous work experience and relationships with Property & Casualty insurance carriers, managing general agents (MGAs), and retail agents is strongly favored
- SaaS sales understanding and experience is favored
- Enthusiastic about working in an early-stage tech environment
- Eager to learn our products, and ability to explain and demonstrate its features and benefits to others
- Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple opportunities at concurrently in high-pressure settings
- Outgoing and personable; have a natural ability to connect with people
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills in written and verbal form
