Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
Account Growth
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
Market Engagement
Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
Territory Ownership
Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.

- Competitive Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions: $69,000- $77,300 Base Salary
- Estimated on target monthly commissions of $1000-$1875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
