About the Role
Business Development Partner - Title & Escrow Northern Nevada | Minden / Incline Village
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada
- Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship-building
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through
- Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention
- Represent a trusted national brand while continuing to build your own reputation in the market
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of successful residential title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or related industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
$65,000–$75,000 annually, plus commission opportunity
Schedule
This role is based in Northern Nevada, with a primary office location in Minden and market coverage that may include Minden, Incline Village, and surrounding communities. This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.
