About The Role
This role is a project management position, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that all project objectives and deliverables are met on time and within budget. This role involves managing project activities, coordinating resources, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The position requires advanced project coordination and administrative skills, and the ability to integrate internal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
About You
The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience). Typically 5+ years of related experience. Prior experience with increasing responsibilities in project management. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended. Advanced project coordination and administrative skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes. Ability to integrate internal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
Pay Range: $111,285.00 - $153,015.75
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
Important Notice
This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
