Business Development Operations Analyst

About the Opportunity:The Business Development Operations Analyst supports growth initiatives by managing the opportunity pipeline and maintaining data accuracy within business development operations. This role ensures that decision-making processes and workflows run efficiently, contributing to the organization''s success in government contracting pursuits. 3. Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records for opportunities, contacts, accounts, teaming partners, and pursuit activity in the CRM and pipeline system.Monitor federal and commercial opportunity sources and log qualified opportunities.Reconcile pipeline records with contract, finance, and program data.Track key dates and send reminders to pursuit owners.Build and improve workflows, forms, and automations supporting the business development gate process.Configure automated alerts and reminders to assist opportunity owners.Ensure data integrity across workflows and dashboards.Produce recurring pipeline reports and maintain leadership dashboards.Gather data for opportunity scorecards and bid decision templates.Assemble gate review packages and support planning cycles.Coordinate gate review processes and meetings, including scheduling and documentation.Support proposal production activities such as document formatting, version control, and logistics. 4. Requirements:U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.Organized, curious about systems and data integration.Interest in learning government contracting business.Ability to maintain accurate data and manage workflows. 5.
