  • 3 years minimum banking, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of acquiring business customers required
  • Strong understanding of business banking products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
