Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with automobile dealerships.
- Possess strong knowledge of indirect lending and dealership operations.
- Drive indirect auto loan growth and dealer production.
- Serve as the primary liaison between RFCU and dealer partners.
- Monitor dealer performance, loan quality, and portfolio trends.
- Support loan structuring and underwriting within established guidelines.
- Prepare reports on production, dealer activity, and business development efforts.
- Promote Credit Union products and services.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of indirect auto lending, dealer relations, or financial services sales experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive results.
- Experience with underwriting or loan structuring preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel regularly to dealership locations.

- The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$85,000 annually, plus eligibility to earn up to an additional $80,000 in commission under the 2026 incentive compensation plan
