What You’ll Do
- Originate and close new business through relationships with middle-market clients and referral partners
- Build and manage your own pipeline from outreach through closing
- Structure tailored working capital solutions including full-service, recourse/non-recourse tailored to each client’s needs
- Own the deal lifecycle in partnership with credit, underwriting, legal, and operations
- Assess risk and structure deals including advance rates, reserves, pricing, and covenants
- Present opportunities internally and advocate for your deals
- Maintain client relationships post-close and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of originations experience preferably within the non-transportation factoring or receivables finance required
- Strong understanding of credit and debtor risk
- Demonstrated pipeline development success
