Business Development Officer - Dealer Banking Services - California

What will your day look like?

• Source and develop prospects, new clients and sell business banking services and products to dealers.
• Develop sales strategies and expand referral sources.
• Pass off prospects to Dealer Banking Relationship managers to close relationships.
• Gather data to be used in the selling process, participating in community organizations and activities, and assisting prospective clients in completing loan and services applications.

Who should apply?

• Requires a bachelor's in business, Finance or a related field and 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, loans, banking/finance products and services or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
• Preference given to individuals with prior Dealer related marketing experience.
• Must have solid customer service and negotiation skills.
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid problem resolution and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with internal staff in relationships.

Pay

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $160,000 - $205,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
