Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the banking sector. This role requires strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
• Present proposals and solutions to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and financial goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact the banking sector

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule
