Responsibilities
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities for the company, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, expand market reach, and strengthen commercial partnerships.
- Drive business growth by identifying and negotiating strategic opportunities that drive the company's success.
- Develop international B2B business, prospect and develop leads.
- Identify and prospect potential customers and business opportunities through market research, networking, participation in events and other lead generation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Carry out market analysis and evaluate trends to identify new business opportunities, market niches for expansion, product and process improvements.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential customers to close new deals and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements with customers and business partners, ensuring favorable conditions for both parties.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in business development, marketing, and the company's specific industry.
- Maintain and monitor sales performance and business development metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth goals.
Skills & Abilities
- Experience with key account prospecting;
- Ability to use Hubspot;
- Experience in the financial market;
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills;
- Fully fluent in English to communicate with clients;
- Advanced either Spanish or Portuguese (to communicate with clients).
