Business Development / Marketing Associate
Essential Functions
- The preparation and coordination of proposals, statements of qualifications, and associated marketing materials for professional services.
- Works closely with technical staff to translate complex technical concepts into clear written and graphic content while ensuring compliance with client and agency requirements.
- Affords assistance with and/or leadership in the development of marketing collateral.
- Maintains and improves BD department resources.
- Engages in proofreading, editing, quality control, and other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience, with a BS Degree or equivalent in Communications, Business/Marketing, Graphic Design, English, Literature, or similar, or any other suitable combination of experience, education & training.
- Experience using graphic design and layout tools to develop marketing and BD materials.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred.
- Excellent planning, writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere.

PAY RANGE: $25.00 – $36.06 / hour
