About the role

The Associate, Business Development is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability. This position establishes and develops client relationships and works with recruiters to fulfill open job orders. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a target list developing client relationships.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, “ad calls,” skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience required. Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Physical Demands

Travel Requirements

Less than 5% (almost no travel).

Pay

Salary range for this role: $50,000 USD. Eligibility for incentive compensation programs based on performance targets, discretionary bonuses, and participation in medical, dental, vision benefits, and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
