Business Development Manager -Wisconsin

About the role
This sales leader will grow V-Soft’s market share by delivering unique value propositions to high-potential customers in an underserved market. You will deeply understand each customer’s full scope of needs and package a holistic mix of solutions—strategic staffing, digital technology services, and infrastructure—to solve real business problems.
Success is measured by gross margin growth, new logo acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and the accuracy of forecasts and pipeline health.
Partner with a world-class digital marketing team to target and nurture prospects you haven’t worked with before, and collaborate with a global bench of subject-matter experts to tailor solutions that deliver more value than a customer’s next-best alternative.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a profitable book of business, including new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Deliver unique value propositions to high-potential customers in an underserved market
- Understand customer needs and package holistic solutions (strategic staffing, digital technology services, infrastructure)
- Drive gross margin growth, new logo acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline health
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams and global subject-matter experts to tailor solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience
- Demonstrated success in building a profitable book of business
- Adept with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
