Business Development Manager - Sector Based Engineering
About the Role
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The Business Development Account Manager will lead employer engagement, partnership development and income growth within designated sector areas, supporting Capital City College’s strategic priorities across apprenticeships, commercial provision and international activity. The role will be central to delivering the College’s Top 100 Strategic Stakeholder Framework, identifying, developing and managing high-value employer relationships that contribute to learner opportunities, workforce development and sustainable income growth. Operating within a centrally coordinated, Group-wide Business Development, Partnerships and International function, the role combines business development, account management and sector engagement, with a clear focus on converting employer relationships into measurable outcomes.

- Experience in a business development role is desirable
