Business Development Manager- Property Management
About the role
The Business Development Manager is the primary engine behind growing our client base. You’ll build relationships grounded in trust, develop referral pipelines across departments, and represent RPM Seacoast NH as a credible, knowledgeable partner in the local real estate community. This role is as much about integrity as it is about hustle. You’ll be a fearless networker with sharp negotiation instincts — someone who can walk into any room, earn trust quickly, and convert relationships into long-term contracts.
