The Opportunity

FedEx Dataworks is creating a new market category in supply chain intelligence. We are seeking a pioneering Business Development Manager Principal on our Commercial team. This role is not a traditional sales role but a unique opportunity to shape the future of our commercial engagement model by leading our strategic pilot program for our new platform, NOVA.

Your Mission

You will identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of foundational "innovation partnerships" with key enterprise customers. Your mission is to secure and manage strategic pilots that demonstrate the immense value of our data and platforms, creating the reference customers and in-market proof points that will serve as the bedrock of our future growth.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise business development, strategic account management, or early-stage enterprise sales within the technology, SaaS, or data analytics space.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise organizations or partnering within complex digital data environments.
  • Able to see the big picture and manage the details of a complex pilot engagement.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise business development, strategic account management, or early-stage enterprise sales within the technology, SaaS, or data analytics space.

Domicile Information

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories. If you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus, you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

  • Hawaii: $8,573/month - $16,761/month
  • Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island: $8,183/month - $15,999/month
  • Alaska: $8,573/month - $16,761/month
  • Washington, District of Columbia: $9,353/month - $18,285/month
  • Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Wisconsin: $7,794/month - $15,999/month
  • Colorado, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas: $7,794/month - $16,761/month
  • New York, Virginia: $7,794/month - $18,285/month
  • Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington: $8,183/month - $17,523/month
  • California: $8,183/month - $19,047/month
