Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business opportunities within the container export freight market
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customer accounts
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and transportation solutions with clients
- Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity
- Collaborate internally to support customer needs and issue resolution
- Maintain responsive communication and long-term relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales and gross profit performance goals
- Use internal systems and reporting tools to manage pipeline activity
Qualifications
- 3+ years sales experience in international logistics required
- Strong knowledge of the container export freight markets required
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts required
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment required
