Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities within the container export freight market
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customer accounts
  • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and transportation solutions with clients
  • Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate internally to support customer needs and issue resolution
  • Maintain responsive communication and long-term relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales and gross profit performance goals
  • Use internal systems and reporting tools to manage pipeline activity

Qualifications

  • 3+ years sales experience in international logistics required
  • Strong knowledge of the container export freight markets required
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts required
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment required
