About the role
SureWerx is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager – End User Safety Sales Specialist to support National Accounts and drive end-user demand across a multi-state territory. This role is responsible for developing pull-through sales strategies, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding the presence of SureWerx within key industrial and construction markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with National Account objectives
- Drive end-user engagement to generate pull-through demand via distributor partners
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations, technical presentations, and safety training sessions
- Partner with distributor sales teams through joint calls and coordinated sales initiatives
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation
- Represent SureWerx at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums
- Analyze competitive landscape and position SureWerx solutions effectively
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships within assigned territory
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of selling safety products to end users in industrial or construction markets
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing a defined geographic territory and account portfolio
- Proficiency in CRM systems and structured pipeline management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to influence purchasing decisions at multiple organizational levels
- Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively within territory
