About the role
Develop and distribute monthly E-Mobility communications to dealer partners and regional teams. Support the design, coordination, and ongoing management of E-Mobility Committees and Working Groups. Serve as the subject-matter expert for Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) requirements and related regulatory initiatives. Own key BMW EV initiatives such as Dealer Charging, MINI Charging, and Employee Charging. Act as the primary point of contact for Customer Relations inquiries regarding BMW E-Mobility products and services. Coordinate and manage dealer feedback related to E-Mobility programs, tools, and support initiatives. Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolution of inquiries. Partner with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of E-Mobility programs.

- Maintain a regular presence in a BMW office while supporting a hybrid work environment
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or relevant experience
- 3–5 years of automotive experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; strong Excel skills are a must
- Demonstrated forecasting abilities and understanding of business processes
- Technically inclined and willing to learn new skills as needed for forecasting and decision-making
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to balance demands from several different stakeholders
- Ability to independently formulate solutions to complex problems and add repeatable value to unstructured business processes
- Willingness to tackle diverse projects and embrace ambiguity and rapid change
- Incredible work ethic: willing to go way above and beyond
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with customers and dealers
Pay
$62,500 – $127,800 per year (full-time). The final salary offer will be based on the selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location.
Schedule
Hybrid work environment with regular onsite attendance at a BMW office/facility as determined by business needs and leadership direction.
