The company is one of the nation's largest employee-owned companies in its industry, expanding its presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing office.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account retention.
- Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow market share.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and sales leadership.
- Represent the company professionally in the field, spending approximately 60% of your time meeting with prospects and clients.
Requirements
- Proven business-to-business sales experience, preferably field-based sales.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver's license.

$65,000 - $70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Company Car
