About the Role
This is a 100% commission-only opportunity designed for proven B2B sales professionals who are confident in their ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships. There is no base salary for this role.
Responsibilities
- Possess and prospect for new B2B client accounts
- Present staffing and workforce solutions to prospective clients
- Closely manage service agreements and staffing orders
- Coordinate client onboarding with internal recruiting and operations teams
- Maintain and grow assigned client accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales (staffing, logistics, warehouse, cleaning, or service industries preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Reliable transportation for client visits
- Results-driven mindset
