  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Build long-term relationships
  • Deliver tailored hiring solutions that meet evolving business needs
  • Sources, interviews, and guides candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
  • Confidently negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and collaborate closely with your team

Profile

  • 1+ years in sales or recruitment
  • Proven track record of billing and exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Competitive, coachable, and relationship-driven mindset
