Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Possess and conduct presentations to introduce the Live 2 B Healthy wellness program to senior living communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive directors and wellness staff at partner communities to ensure client satisfaction and explore expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach campaigns, attend industry events, and follow up on generated leads to increase community interest.
• Monitor program success metrics and customer satisfaction at active locations, coordinate with trainers and community contacts to maintain consistent service quality, and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, proposals, and signed agreements in a CRM system, and report weekly on sales activity, pipeline progress, and closed business.
• Stay updated on local senior living communities, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Live 2 B Healthy in the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in senior living, healthcare, wellness, or fitness industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
• Passion for health, wellness, and improving quality of life for seniors.
• Experience working with senior living communities or in a franchise environment.
