Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Coordinate attorney teams
- Lead pitch efforts
- Manage opportunities from concept to submission
- Lead the development of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
- Conduct client, prospect, and market research
- Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence
- Support the successful integration of lateral hires into the firm
Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services firm
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Meticulous writing, proofreading and data entry skills
- Capacity to interpret data
- Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office programs
- InDesign skills a plus
- Understanding of U.S. litigation terminology and framework
