Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience with an electronic health record required
- 4-7 years sales experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting hospital or healthcare care coordination and business development
- Understands and is adept in interpreting and managing demographic, regional, clinical and financial information and statistics
- Robust experience analyzing external environmental forces, demographics, competitive forces, and regional shift
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with the Strategy Directors in driving care coordination and access to the system
- Establish and deepen relationships with practices, employers and retail health locations across the entire region
- Understand their business objectives, provide exemplary support and work as their gateway contact with the system
- Travel throughout the Fairfield Region to call on practices (employed, ICP and non-employed providers), employers and the key community stakeholders
- Promote HHC, support care coordination and assist in navigating the HHC ecosystem
- Ensure the Fairfield Region is prioritizing opportunities and focusing on what matters most to provide more access to care
- Onboard new providers within dedicated business units and introduce them to other providers to build connectivity and coordination
- Provide feedback from the community and new opportunities for the Fairfield Region executive leadership team
