Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and track all business development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Lead RFP update meetings, maintain project checklists, and send reminders to team members regarding deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage the preparation of RFP submissions, including budget-to-actuals tracking and coordination of proposal components.
- Maintain and update the company’s brand list.
- Manage brand introductions, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
- Aid in building and maintaining relationships with brands, airport concessions teams, developers, and ACDBE partners; maintain updated contact lists.
- Prepare and distribute LOIs and NDAs to brands, partners, and legal teams for execution.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to develop complete proposal packages for airport authorities and developers.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality submissions.
- Help lead both the internal and external marketing teams.
- Attend airport outreach meetings to understand processes, network, and follow up on resulting opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences to stay informed about trends and business development activities.
- Complete registrations and sponsorships for airport opportunities and industry events.
- Maintain airport, brand, and partner/ACDBE contact lists for upcoming opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in airport concessions, hospitality, retail development, or related industries
- Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal development
- Experience working with ACDBE partners or public-sector procurement environments
