The role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's growth and sales strategy. Key responsibilities include identifying and creating new relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in corporate and government organizations. The BDM will be responsible for all aspects of business development and relationship management.

Qualifications, Competencies & Experience

  • A proactive and action-driven attitude to succeed
  • The ability to generate ideas and think innovatively
  • Demonstrable sales experience in identifying and developing successful business partnerships
  • A strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
  • Network within the Primary Care, Government, Corporate, and Pharmaceutical industries is highly regarded but not essential
  • Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of management software programs including Office and CRMs
