The role
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's growth and sales strategy. Key responsibilities include identifying and creating new relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in corporate and government organizations. The BDM will be responsible for all aspects of business development and relationship management.

- A proactive and action-driven attitude to succeed
- The ability to generate ideas and think innovatively
- Demonstrable sales experience in identifying and developing successful business partnerships
- A strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
- Network within the Primary Care, Government, Corporate, and Pharmaceutical industries is highly regarded but not essential
- Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of management software programs including Office and CRMs
