Job Overview

Our platform provides best-in-class financing and software for a wide range of sustainable home solutions, including solar panels, batteries, and energy-efficient systems. We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with professionals and companies in the sustainable home solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and lead generation to negotiation and closing agreements.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new avenues for growth and service improvement.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of GoodLeap’s technology platform.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed business development targets and key performance indicators.
  • Represent GoodLeap professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a business development, strategic sales, or partnership management role.
  • Experience within the fintech, SaaS, renewable energy, or home improvement industries is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a positive environmental impact.

Pay

$82,000 - $110,000 USD per annum
