About the role
AccruePartners is expanding and seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new growth. The ideal candidate will join a firm known for industry expertise, Carolina focus, and team-building capabilities for major brands.
What You’ll Do
- Grow new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing new client partnerships for project-based, interim, and executive search/direct-hire across six lines of discipline.
- Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
- Collaborate with specialized recruiting and delivery teams to align clients with exceptional talent.
- Introduce clients to AccruePartners' full suite of business verticals, including Accounting & Finance, HR, Corporate Operations, Financial Services, Marketing/Digital/Creative, and IT.
- Lead with autonomy, set your own approach, manage your pipeline, and leverage the strengths of a regionally recognized talent solutions firm.
- Drive measurable outcomes, ensuring client success and contributing to revenue growth.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of consultative sales experience within professional services, staffing, or Big 4.
- Demonstrated ability to build and influence executive-level relationships with CFOs, Controllers, CHROs, and senior leaders.
- A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong emotional intelligence and exceptional closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability, high-rewarding environment.
