Position Details
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building a strong network of partners and distribution channels, negotiating deals that expand market presence, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to execute go-to-market initiatives. You’ll play a central role in developing revenue-driving relationships that move the company into its next stage of growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a startup, consumer brand, or tech-enabled company.
- Proven track record of developing new business, managing pipelines, and exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience negotiating and closing strategic partnerships or channel deals.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitive positioning, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and operate independently.
- Collaborative spirit and comfort working cross-functionally with lean teams.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and refine business strategies.
- Strong follow-through and relationship management skills to nurture long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
Compensation
This permanent position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000+ annually, plus commission and performance-based incentives tied to new business and partnership growth.
