Qualifications
- BS required; MS, MBA or PhD preferred.
- Experience: >10 years industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-assured executive engagements, both internal (Board and Officers) and external (Clients and Officials).
- Ability to communicate complex business and financial information to key stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate the need for change as well as successfully implement and promote acceptance of change.
- Data and technology knowledge with effective utilization within the organization.
- Ability to analyze emerging trends, anticipate organizational needs, and develop strategies to meet them.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, using sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Working closely with staff across the organization to implement growth strategies.
- Draft business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting pre-determined deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
