Qualifications

  • BS required; MS, MBA or PhD preferred.
  • Experience: >10 years industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-assured executive engagements, both internal (Board and Officers) and external (Clients and Officials).
  • Ability to communicate complex business and financial information to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate the need for change as well as successfully implement and promote acceptance of change.
  • Data and technology knowledge with effective utilization within the organization.
  • Ability to analyze emerging trends, anticipate organizational needs, and develop strategies to meet them.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, using sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Working closely with staff across the organization to implement growth strategies.
  • Draft business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting pre-determined deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
