Business Development Internship

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and oversight of construction projects.
• Collaborate with the livestock production staff on various business development initiatives.
• Manage farm real-estate assets through farm visits, project assessment, and process refinement.
• Assist in drafting, executing, and managing contracts such as Contract Feeding Agreements, Manure Easements, Cash Rent Leases, and Wind Farms Option Agreements.
• Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders, landowners, and community members.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation to Summit's management team.

Requirements

• Sophomore or above studying agricultural business, agricultural studies, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
